Fee payment
The registration fee
provides for meeting facilities and
equipment, breakfast, lunch, and coffee breaks in the hotel on each
day of the meeting, and the reception on the evening of July 28. The
banquet is
not included in the
registration fee. The amounts, shown in the table below, are inclusive
of all taxes. Pay before July 4 in order to qualify for the reduced
registration fee.
